If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through. If you’re still unsure, please contact your bank for further information.
For your protection and ours, our system flags random orders for verification checks. If your order is flagged, we may contact you to verify information provided on the order. This includes customer shipping/billing address and payment information. This step is to ensure that your payment information is not being used without your permission and that your orders are being routed according to your wishes.
Please keep an eye out for communication from us to verify this information and respond as soon as you are able. If we are unable to verify your order information after 5 business days we will cancel your order to prevent any further activity. You are welcome to place a new order, but you will be required to verify this information for the new order before it is processed.
