How it works:
Log into your Ally Fashion Online account.
Find an item you love. Add it to your cart.
During check out you will be asked to select your Shipping option - Select Click & Collect and nominate an Ally Fashion store you would like to collect from.
You will receive a phone call from the team in-store when your order is ready to be picked up from your nominated store.
Print or show your invoice on your smart phone along with a valid I.D. to collect your order.
You have 14 DAYS to collect your order at your convenience. Orders will be returned to the NSW Distribution Centre after 14 days.
The same Online Returns & Exchange Policy applies for Click & Collect. You have 14 days from receiving your purchase order to exchange the item. Please refer to the Online Returns & Exchange Policy for more information.
Click & Collect is convenient and the most cheapest way to try on your new purchases straight away. You can exchange items within your nominated stores, return and try your new purchases on with our latest arrivals in-store.

*Please note: Once an order has been placed it can take up to 4 business days of handling time. Order Dispatch excludes weekends and public holidays.
