RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE

We understand some items are not always suitable and may need to be returned. If you need to return your product(s) please see below guidelines:

RETURNS: TO ALLY FASHION ONLINE

For change of mind we offer a 21 day returns policy (from date of shipment) however from Sunday 18 November this period has been extended until 10 January 2019 - on the provision that the return meets the conditions as set out below.

Conditions:

For online returns, a customer may choose between a credit voucher or refund only. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with exchanges, please return the unwanted item(s) to the ONLINE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE.

To be eligible for a refund or credit voucher you must meet the below return conditions:

  • All returns to online and the 21 day returns date will start from the date of shipment.
  • All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions, size tags, and barcode)
  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
  • The product has not been soiled or damaged
  • The product has not been altered by you in any way
  • The goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, assessed by the Online Team
  • Different from a style pictured or described

There are no returns on make-up, pierced jewellery, underwear, pantyhose, stockings, bodysuits/ leotards or swimwear. This merchandise is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless there it meets the STATUTORY RIGHTS outlined by the ACCC.

Sale product may be returned for a credit voucher providing the above conditions have been met.

Please note we cannot process refunds to American Express.

If you have not met all policy and procedure requirements, our online sales team will notify you via email or telephone to inform you of this decision.

*We recommend and advise when sending your return parcel that you use a postal tracking service to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Process to send your item back:

  • Goods must be returned within 21 days from date of shipment .
  • Download and complete our Return Request Form indicating the reason for return.
  • Pack all item/s with your 'Return Request Form' and tax invoice in a secure satchel/ post bag.
  • Email a completed copy of your Return Request Form to allyinfo@allyfashion.com so that our online sales team can keep an eye out for your returned item.
  • We suggest that you keep a record of your tax invoice so please make a copy of it.
  • Ensure you provide an email address and daytime contact number.
  • Please keep a record of your proof of postage (tracking number) until we confirm that we have received your returned item/s.
  • Any refund or credit voucher will take up to 6 business days to process once we have received your return.

NOTE:

Any parcels not delivered for any reason, and is requested to be sent out will incur a $10 fee, this also includes any order being returned via the Return to Sender (RTS) System through Australia Post if requesting a refund or credit voucher, the $10 charge will be deducted from the returning order total.

Please use the correct payment shipping methods for all returns, as Ally Fashion is not responsible for these return costs.

RETURNS: TO AN ALLY FASHION RETAIL STORE

If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange, issue a credit voucher or refund provided you return it within 21 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with your original receipt. You can return your online orders to an Ally Fashion Retail Store.

Online Exclusive stock purchased online can be returned to any Ally Fashion Retail Store for a refund, credit voucher or exchange. If purchased via Afterpay or zipPay you may return to any retail store for a credit voucher or an exchange.

Conditions:

  • All returns to online and the 21 day returns date will start from the date of shipment.
  • All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions, size tags and barcode)
  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
  • The product has not been soiled or damaged
  • The product has not been altered by you in any way
  • The goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, assessed by the Online Team
  • Different from a style pictured or described
  • Sale product can be returned for an exchange only
  • If you are returning an item that is part of an offer such as a 2 for 1 deal or buy one get one free, the refund amount will reflect the price you have paid on this offer and not based on the original price of the item/s individually.

There are no returns on make-up, pierced jewellery, underwear, pantyhose, stockings, bodysuits/ leotards or swimwear. This merchandise is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited unless there it meets the STATUTORY RIGHTS outlined by the ACCC.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Promotions online may differ from in-store promotions - vice versa.

We cannot process refunds to American Express.

RETURNS: ZIPPAY

Online Orders

You are eligible to return your online zipPay order to our Online Distribution Centre for a refund or credit voucher, provided the below conditions have been met. The Online Distribution Centre does not accept exchanges.

You can also return your online order to any Ally Fashion store for an exchange or credit voucher.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds in store for online zipPay orders.

Conditions

  • All returns to online and the 21 day returns date will start from the date of shipment

  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
  • The product has not been soiled or damaged

You are eligible to return your online Afterpay order to our Online Distribution Centre for a refund or credit voucher, provided the below conditions have been met. The Online Distribution Centre does not accept exchanges. You may also return your online Afterpay order to any Ally Fashion store for a credit or exchange of equal or lesser value. Please note our stores cannot offer refunds on Afterpay online orders.

All Online Exclusives purchases can returned back to our Online Distribution Centre for a refund or credit voucher providing the below conditions have been met. The Online Distribution Centre does not accept any exchanges.

You can also return your Online Exclusive order to any Ally Fashion retail store for a refund, credit voucher or exchange. If purchased via Afterpay or zipPay you may return to any retail store for a credit voucher or an exchange.

  • All labels are still attached on the product (including the care instructions, size tags and barcode)
  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size)
  • The product has not been soiled or damaged

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Department via email allyinfo@allyfashion.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. Our Quality Assurance Team will assess the garment and get back to you.

GIFT CARDS & ONLINE CREDIT VOUCHERS

Ally Fashion gift cards & online credit vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards & online credit vouchers are valid for 3 years. Unfortunately in-store gift cards & credit vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online.
