Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.  

You are responsbile for the cost of returning goods to us and the cost of  re-shipping applies. (this is $10 AUD)

You can exchange your item for a credit note if you wish, this is valid for 12 months.

Please note that ally fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any items that are returned to us in error.

Ensure you package your return to prevent any damge to the items.

Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our NSW Distribution Centre.

We recomment and advise when sending your return parcel, that you use a postal tracking service to ensure safe delivery to us.

ONLY on-line purchase orders can be returned and exchanged at our ally fashion on-line store. 

However items purchased on-line can be returned and exchanged at any ally fashion retail store under the above conditions. You can find your nearest retail store on-line by visiting our store link.

This policy only applies to goods purchased through the ally fashion on-line store for shipping, handling and postage.

Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder via your PayPal or E-Way details.

We can not guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.
