Email a completed copy of your ‘return & exchange request form’ to allyinfo@allyfashion.com so that our on-line sales team keep an eye out for your returned item(s) and they will flag your exchange as a priority.
Pack all item(s) with your return & exchange request form and tax invoice in a secure courier bag:
- We suggest that you keep a record of your tax invoice, so please make a copy of it.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase order.
- Do not re-use our courier bag.
- Ensure you provide a day time email address and contact number.
