Delivery is FREE on ALL ORDERS (Australia wide only).
Goods are delivered via Australia E-Parcels and a signature is required.
Delivery can take 5 to 7 business days. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)
Allow an extra day or two for delivery during peak trading periods, such as Sales events and Christmas.

An automated response is sent to your email address, confirming your order details and states “processing”.
This status will not change until the day your order is ready to be dispatched and picked up from our distribution centre by Australia Post.
Only then will your status change to “shipped”.
E-Parcels can be traced on the day that your order is picked up from our warehouse and shipped by Australia Post.
You should receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days when your order status has changed to “shipped” for most locations. The exceptions are WA, NT, FNQ and TAS locations due to Australia Post delivery network system.
You will receive an automated email from Australia Post confirming its dispatch which will include a tracking code so that you can follow your order through to delivery with them.
Express post parcels are not scanned until the parcel reaches the destination and can not be traced as well as E-Parcels.

Delays in orders occur for the following reasons:
We are out of stock in our Distribution Centre for one or more of your items.
Out of stock items are sourced from our local retail outlets.
Credit card verification has been declined.
You will be notified via email or telephone with an update on your order and a request of what action you would like us to take; whether it is to cancel that item and proceed with the remainder of your order or source the item from our retail stores and then finalise your order.
After 2 days of notification by us, if we have received no response your order will be cancelled and monies refunded.
We can not accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances for the above or for such things as transportation strikes, floods etc.
To cancel any orders, at which time we will immediately notify you via email or telephone; using the details you have provided.
All orders are subject to availability of stock.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. We can not guarantee any colour will be completely accurate.
We take all reasonable steps to verify that the order placed and the credit details are bona fide.
We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
